Home is where the Heart is.
It is the middle of summer and I just moved. I don’t handle stress well so needless to say….I am doing what I need to do with my business (client relations, shooting and editing) and not much more. As I sit here taking a break from the chaos that is my house, I’m thinking about how I can’t wait to be situated and for this to feel like home. For me, Home is where the Heart is. It is such a comfort and where we spend so much of our lives. I have spent a ton of time crying as we get ready to let go our our first home. We brought both of our babies home to that house and my husband keeps reminding me, no one can take away the memories we shared in there. Those are ours to keep forever. I am so grateful for the photos I took and had another photographer take so that those memories stay vivid in our minds forever. Depending on how closely you follow me you’ll see that in this season of my life I realize how important documentation of our lives are and why I love showing these types of sessions.
