Virginia Beach Photography sessions
Hey Everyone! My first blog post of 2016 and its a beach one!! Also if you haven’t noticed… I have a new website so feel free to peek around and especially look at my homepage!! I really wanted a full bleed page so that my images were huge on the screen so the bigger the computer screen the better.
So last year my parents bought a beach house in Virginia Beach. I was so excited to go down there for few weeks and relax but I knew I would be “antsy” so I booked some photos sessions while I was there. I was so excited when Melissa and fellow photographer who lives down there hired me. We planned a sunrise shoot. Somehow getting up to watch the sun rise make the process less painful. I had so much fun photographing her gorgeous family and listening too her heavy southern drawl. It made me miss my Texas roots.
Just some of the reasons I love Beach Sessions:
1) When I think of the beach I think of peace and tranquility. I love how everyone just seems to be super comfortable and themselves on the beach. It produces great pictures and allows me to capture the true soul.
2) They’re classic. No matter what a huge beach portrait never goes out of style.
3) Your children’s natural curiosity will come out around the ocean. I never have to work hard to get them to show their true colors. The ocean and that scene just allows them to be who they are. And I love that!
4) the color palette!! I love the soft tones the ocean, sand and sky produce.
